We will give you a detailed estimate and contract based on your description of the work (or blueprints). You will supply (or purchase for us to pick up) all materials for the project, such as lumber, hardware, faucets, fixtures, cabinets, tile, etc. (We charge a 30% markup of materials and outside services acquired by us.)
Upon acceptance of our estimate, we require a deposit of 50% of the project to hold a specific start date. The balance is due upon completion.

And, because our reputation for excellence rests on our professionalism and your satisfaction, all work performed by Port City Handyman carries a one year material and labor warranty. Although extremely rare, if problems do arise within the warranty period, we will come out immediately and make it right. (Manufacturers' warranties may be for longer or shorter periods depending on the product.)

An appointment will be set for us to come out and review the scope of work so that we can prepare an accurate quote. Upon your approval of the estimate, the project will be scheduled for production, typically within two weeks. All estimates must be signed before work begins and we require a 50% deposit to hold a specific start date. The balance is due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, money orders and all major credit cards.
