Fees
Port City Handyman's professional services will be of value to you in more ways than one. Our fees are reasonable and our work is top notch. Consider the time you will save by having a quality, skilled professional efficiently perform the work right the first time.
When we discuss your project with you, we will determine whether we can offer a fixed price contract or if the project will be billed on a time and material basis. Simple projects, such as hanging a ceiling fan, will be quoted on a time and material basis. Larger jobs, requiring several days or more, may be quoted at a fixed price.
Time & Material Pricing
- There is a 2 hour minimum.
- Hours and number of professionals needed is estimated in advance, free of charge.
- Homeowners may provide their own materials.
- 30% markup of materials and outside services provided by us(or hourly rate applied to time involved, whichever is less). This covers the time to acquire the services or materials and schedule or transport them to the site.

Warranty
You expect quality workmanship and materials. That's what we are all about. And, because our reputation for excellence rests on our professionalism and your satisfaction, all work performed by Port City Handyman carries a one year material and labor warranty. Although extremely rare, if problems do arise within the warranty period, we will come out immediately and make it right. (Manufacturers' warranties may be for longer or shorter periods depending on the product.)

Once you are ready, you can contact us in one of two ways:

With smaller jobs, we can usually quote an estimate over the phone or by eMail within 24 hours. Once it is approved by you, we will schedule an appointment. All estimates must be signed before work begins and payment is expected at the completion of the job. We accept cash, checks, money orders and all major credit cards. |
